3. Formal Engagements (SOW & NDA)
Actual security testing, auditing, or consulting services will only commence after a formal Statement of Work (SOW) and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties.
4. Client Authorization and Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, authority, and consent to authorize security assessments on the systems, networks, applications, or cloud environments you submit for review.
5. Limitation of Liability
The initial scoping phase is for assessment and quoting purposes only. Lyncore Intelligent Technology Limited shall not be liable for any system disruptions, data loss, or incidental damages during this preliminary communication and scoping phase.
